Quorn, Mountsorrel and Rothley are ten minutes down the Soar from me — close enough for the small jobs, and I'm regularly down that way for bigger carpentry work too.

Yes — Quorn, Mountsorrel, Rothley and Sileby are all regular patch. Barrow upon Soar as well.
Riverside gardens flood — does that affect fencing?
It affects how the posts should be done! Ground conditions near the Soar need deeper, properly concreted posts — I've learned the hard way so you don't have to.
